Applying for Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards.

You must submit your application online direct to ACCEA by Thursday 18 March. If you wish to apply for a supporting statement from the College, you should submit a copy of your application forms to nominations@rcpsg.ac.uk by 1700 on Friday, 22 January. Your application will then be considered by the College Distinction Awards Committee and you will be informed of the Committee’s decision in late February. You may also seek a supporting statement from College if you are applying for renewal of an existing award. You should apply for a renewal if you received your current award in the 2017 round or if your award was last renewed in 2016.

Applying for a New Platinum Award

You should submit your application for a new Platinum award to nominations@rcpsg.ac.uk (NOT directly to ACCEA) by 1700 on Friday 22 January. The applications considered to be suitable by the College are then forwarded to the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges for scoring, ranking, and subsequent submission, as appropriate, to ACCEA.

Applications for renewal of a Platinum award should be submitted online directly to ACCEA. However, a supporting statement may also be sought from College for a Platinum renewal in the same way as for Bronze, Silver and Gold.

In all requests for College support, please outline the activities you have undertaken on behalf of the College.

Application forms for 2021 will be available on the ACCEA website in due course but for the purposes of applying for College support, you may use the 2020 Application forms.
